SATISFYING SATURDAY AT THE YNOT TIMES

THE JEFFERSONS

A SIGNIFICANT AND SATISFYING SHOW

I GOT THIS INFORMATION FROM TV LAND

READ THE FOLLOWING

On January 11, 1975, Edith Bunker said a tearful goodbye to her neighbor and friend Louise Jefferson on All in the Family. Louise’s husband, George, had struck gold with his seven dry cleaning stores, and the Jeffersons were “movin’ on up to the East Side, to a deluxe apartment in the sky!”

MY POINT IS, GEORGE WAS A BUSINESSMAN
MOST THOUGHT HE WAS A JOKE

THE PRODUCER OF THE SHOW, NORMAN LEAR-DID A GREAT THING

HE GAVE THE WORLD A BLACK BUSINESSMAN 32 YEARS AGO
AND
MOST PEOPLE IN THE COMMUNITY DID NOT UNDERSTAND

SOME DID, SOME DID NOT KNOW WHAT TO DO WITH THIS INFORMATION
ABOVE ALL

GEORGE STOOD TALL

THANK YOU NORMAN LEAR

THE JEFFERSONS ARE STILL ONE OF MY ALL TIME FAVORITES
JUST FOR THIS REASON

ENTREPRENUERSHIP
