Samsung launched 17-inch notebook 'Sens G10' targeting desktop pc market. The company claims that its 17-inch LCD monitor with a contrast ratio of 700:1, 300(cd/m2), and 6ms response time reduces computer eye fatigue compared with conventional notebook pc. S-ATA2 200GB 7200RPM HDD also indicates that the G10 is designed to provide powerful performance of desktop pc in a portable size of notebook. Meanwhile, it has no notebook battery and you need AC adapter for power supply.An official at the company said that parents with kids are particularly interested in this kind of model since they need to place a computer in a living room since they monitor what their kids are doing with a computer.
